Andy is coaching the participants from Neopost, suppliers of postal machines, who previously attended two two-day residential conflict transformation workshops. The participants consistently reported that the training 'met my need for a framework/structure when dealing with a difficult situation'. Neopost have requested another group of managers receive the same training later in 2010.
- Working to help a charity in Brighton find a new name. The process, based on understanding and consensus, consistently leaves those present feelings energised and positive. This is in marked contrast to previous attempts to change the name through traditional debate which resulted in division.
- Running conflict transformation as part of pre departure training for Engineers Without Borders.
- Training with Khulisa in March to run their violence reduction programmes in UK prisons.

- Mediating between work colleagues in organisations in Brighton.
- Mediating between neighbours involved in community level disputes in Brighton.
- Running a weekly conflict transformation group in Brighton.
Andy's work in development started in 1991
- Ten years in community, mental health and acute parts of the UK National Health Service as a trainer, coach and consultant
- Three years with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) as an organisational development specialist
- More than three years as an independent consultant, clients included Lambeth Mencap, &Equant, Infocorp Ltd, R Griggs Group Ltd, Computer 2000, Kingsway College
- Clients since the formation of MLCT in late 2008 include, Lambeth Mencap, Strakka Racing, The Refugee Council, SIMPOL, The Brighton Unemployed Families Centre Project, National Rail
Tamara Laporte
2008 - 2010 - She has been involved with several mediation sessions in the UK while also running art classes online that incorporate healing and conflict resolution aspects.
2007 - She co-ran conflict transformation workshops for Lambeth Mencap.
From 2000 – 2005 she worked in a busy market research environment as a project executive overseeing, organising and managing projects. Her clients included Vodaphone, Coca Cola, Weight Watchers, Manpower etc.
From 2003 Tamara worked as a cognitive hypnotherapist and Master NLP practitioner with individuals London. Her areas of interest included working with people who suffered from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias and eating issues. |
